While we endeavor to take the most accurately real photography for our products, fabric can be very tricky to judge on a photo compared to reality, in terms of luminosity (matt or shiny), shadowing, softness on touch, surface reliefs, design dimensions, and mostly color accuracy. Our goal is to cater our collection in the most digitally possible way, but we cannot be held responsible in case the goods later purchased is seen different from the screen. For this reason, we impose a sampling process prior to the purchase subject for your approval on all aspects of the product, after which a return will not be accepted for such reason.
Any product purchased at our showrooms can only be returned under the following conditions:
- Subject to a quality defect due to production (weaving or manufacturing defects, clearly shown, and originating prior to the delivery).
- Error that occurred at delivery, associated to the wrong product delivered.
The above being met, the case will be studied provided the goods are still in their original state, uncut, and not installed. Failing to do so, we will decline the obligation. For that reason,
it is mandatory that you (or your representative) open the package(s) and ensure the fabrics are correctly delivered and in a good nature prior to proceed with the cutting and installation.
Note also that slight variations in color may be observed between one batch and another, meaning between the sample you’ve seen and the goods you actually received, for the same article. This is due to the composition of the fabric, its coloring technique, and exposure to differing lightning all leading to slight color change. When taking goods of different batches, you should ask the salesman to show you the various colors before invoicing to make sure they suit you well.
P.S: our quality control and logistics are working on delivering the goods correctly as much as they can.
If you confirm the above and still would like to bring a claim to our attention, please note we do not accept any return more than three month after the invoice date. Moreover, we will take under consideration the articles were properly used, and should any issue related to the installation be the case, we will transfer the responsibility to the installing team.
Fabrics are subject to different ways of washing depending on their composition and can be vacuumed and ironed while others cannot. Some of them can only be dry-cleaned, or handwashed, while others could be washed in the machine. Kindly refer to the information given on the website’s product page, prior to proceeding with any hurried washing of your products. Any fabric washing-related issue after sales will not be accepted.
Delivery periods vary greatly. Nonetheless, Warde strives to provide the best experience to our customers. If the item is in our stock, a standard of 2-3 days is required to cut the fabric and deliver it to the point of sale. Items that are out of stock or ordered upon request can take a few weeks or months to arrive, depending on the source of our product, its current status and its manufacturing technique; in such a case before purchasing you
should mutually agree with the vendor about a delivery
date for your pending order.
The price indicated includes all fees required for the arrival of the item up to our shop, however, are exempting local VAT which would be added to final amount, and any additional shipping fees.
